Flours

We offer a variety of flours that are traditionally used in Asian cooking. Flour is prepared by milling the food grain through high speed rollers and sifters. The cracking of the grain separates the larger part of the grain, known as 'endosperm' from the bran. After this, it is ground to the level of coarseness and consistency required.
