In order for us to produce the finest quality, we have invested heavily in the very latest plant and machinery at our £15m headquarters. All produce is thoroughly cleaned using state of the art: Destoners, Classifiers, Metal detectors and extractors, Colour Sortex and Air aspirated dust cleansing processors.
We have invested heavily in our new plant at West Bromwich. The most recent addition is a £6m rice mill which specializes in milling the most brittle and delicate varieties of Basmati. To meet present day allergen concerns, the plant includes a dedicated nut-free area to ensure the elimination of such cross contamination.
We have two high volume spice mills which are able to produce high quality ground spices with unrivalled levels of purity.
